Two vintage Ercol stick back dining chairs, model number 737. The gold labels are present on both chairs. 
Both chairs have been fully restored, they have been lovingly sanded, various coats of hard wax oil have been applied, bringing them back to their best. 
With an elm oyster shaped seat, beech spindles, top rail and legs, the chairs are an excellent example of the quality craftsmanship associated with Ercol.
